Collaboration Over Competition

Collaboration over Competition is the demand of the century.When a group is working to achieve a common goal then competition would serve as an obstacle and collaboration as a bridge to achieve it.
Today we do not require people to compete with each other and prove to be the best .We require people those who can work in a team,help each other to achieve a common goal. Big things aren't achieved alone but they are the gift of collaborative efforts . Competition would lead to many masters taking their own path to be the best .It is a common saying that "Too many cooks spoil the broth ".We do not want too many cooks making the same dish .We want too many cooks making different dishes at the same time with Collaboration . We can achieve big things together but it is hard to even clear a small hurdle alone. We have to work with a concept of "MODULARITY". Modularity says that each individual do their work independently and they come together to achieve a common goal . So you are divided in the sense to achieve the target quicker .In general term you are divided in teams to complete a big project .Competition not only harms the spirit of an organization ,it also harms a person personally . If the individual carries on this habit of competition from it's work life to it's personal life then this would bring disaster in his life .He would be comparing his success with his friend's and family members success and would eventually make this a parameter for his happiness and content life.

So make a better choice in life.Choose collaboration over competition in your personal and professional life.This is the time to redefine Success. Success is not what achieved by you .Success is what achieved by a group working together .
