So we could see this shining day.
Our fields of gold, our rivers wide,
Our mountains stand in noble pride.
And every breeze that sweeps our land,
Sings tales of hearts, both strong and grand.
This freedom’s gift we must defend,
With love that knows no bitter end.
For India’s soul beats in our chest,
A bond eternal, ever blessed.
So let the tricolour proudly sway,
On this, our Independence Day.
And with each beat, let’s vow anew—
To keep her dreams alive and true.
